What is the purpose of this document?
This policy sets out the basis on which any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us through telephone or email, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it. Information we may collect from you

You may provide us with information by sending us a sales order or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register for an account, request a quote or enter into a contract for the supply of products. When you request for a credit account, we use a third party service, Experian Ltd to collect details of your credit rating and other relevant company information. We do this to assess your credit score and to reduce risk to Jakar International Ltd. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our third parties, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
People who call us
When you call Jakar International Ltd, we collect only the information that is required to resolve your query.
People who email us
We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.
We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
How we use your personal information
We use personal information about you in connection with the following purposes:

As we operate only from the above address, we do process your information from the same address. We do not share or store your personal information in any other location in UK or overseas.

Third parties will only process your personal information on our instructions and where they have agreed to treat the information confidentially and to keep it secure.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an authorised way, altered or disclosed. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

What we may need from you

Right to withdraw consent
In the limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. To withdraw your consent,
